How do I renew my Employment Pass?

A. You can renew your Employment Pass (EP) http://www.mom.gov.sg/publish/momportal/en/communities/work_pass/employment_pass/renewal.html via:

  • EP Online 
  • EP Online is a one-stop portal for companies to conduct EP transactions online. The processing time for EP.

Application Form

The renewal form will be sent to the employing company about two months before the pass expires. Employment Pass renewal applications should be submitted to the Work Pass Division at least four weeks before the pass expires. Each renewal will be considered based on its own merits.   • Copy of the certificate confirming the company’s new name from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority;
  • A letter from the company requesting the name change; and
  • Employment Pass holder’s travel document / passport and the Disembarkation / Embarkation Card (Green Card)
